Rotary Pocket Park Warming Corner Provides Gloves & Hats for Needy
It’s winter, if you are in need and don’t have warm winter gear it can be uncomfortable at best and deadly at worst.   The “Warming Corner” provides warm hats and gloves for the taking.   Those more fortunate are encouraged to donate, by placing the hats or gloves in a waterproof plastic bag and labeling them for gender and size to help those in need choose the right one.    This is a free service to help Rotary help those most in need.

The picture captured some of the volunteers, the entire troop included Gerald Y, Scott M, Bernie S, Cathy W. Brianne B, Kristy B, Jim R, President Pam, and Interact members, Abby M, Emma H, Jack L, Phillip, and Emma L.  We finished up in just over an hour and it looks great!!  The special effect can really be noticed at night with it is all lit up.
